We then had to decide for the Absolute Winner. Kelly and Fashion and judges went out and made the decision.

Congratulations to Derek Marks for BC's Kelly Pickler being the Absolute Winner.

A certificate was given Derek for this win and he will pick up his trophy at the annual OABC Annual Awards Banquet in November.
